What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in a form, sign up for updates, join a waitlist, book a flight, or apply for a job: your name, email address, phone number, organization, job title, and what you tell us in the form. Job applications can include a resume and links you share.
- Booking and payment details. When you book a flight or buy a gift card, we receive the booking details. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we don’t store full card numbers.
- Flight records. If you fly with us, the waiver and release you sign, and records of your training and flight.

We share it only with service providers that run the site and our business for us, such as our website, forms and booking platform (Wix), payment processors and email services, and when the law requires it.
