LIFT Aircraft Showcased in TxDOT's eIPP Launch
Fort Worth, Texas - September 10, 2026
LIFT joined other leading eVTOL OEMs Joby, Beta, Archer, and Wisk this week at the launch of "Project Nexus", TxDOT's FAA-sponsored eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP). Established by presidential executive order, the FAA's eIPP is a national initiative to integrate advanced air mobility into the National Airspace System. The event was held at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport.
"We are going to fundamentally transform the way that people and products move with Advanced Air Mobility," Duffy told the room. Senator Ted Cruz also took the stage, championing what's ahead for advanced air mobility in Texas.
The launch brought together federal, state, and local government leaders, public safety agencies, the military, aircraft developers, and program partners working toward a practical path to accelerate the safe deployment of Advanced Air Mobility into the National Airspace System
TxDOT invited LIFT to take part as a featured industry partner. LIFT brought its piloted, all-electric aircraft, HEXA, and its full-motion flight simulator, to give attendees a firsthand feel for personal air mobility.
LIFT was showcased alongside eIPP partners Joby Aviation, Archer, and BETA Technologies to give decision-makers a close look at the aircraft and systems shaping this emerging sector.
