CANCELLATIONS  &  REFUNDS

Flight Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure all our pilots have the opportunity to fly, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • More than 24 hours' notice: You are eligible for a full refund or a complimentary reschedule to a future date.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations or "no-shows" made within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

To cancel or reschedule your flight, please visit liftaircraft.com at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Be sure you log in using the same email you used when booking your flight. Click on “My Flights” and you will have the option to cancel or change your booking. 

When LIFT Must Cancel (Weather, Maintenance, or Safety)

At LIFT Aircraft, safety is our absolute priority. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, required maintenance, or other operational constraints may require us to cancel your scheduled flight.

While we monitor weather conditions 7 days prior to booking dates, decisions are made based on real-time flight safety data and may be made up to the moment of takeoff.

In the event that LIFT must cancel your flight:

​

  • Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of your booking. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to process and appear in your account.

  • Priority Rebooking: We will work with you to find the next available flight time that fits your schedule if you wish to fly with us again. Please reach out to support@liftaircraft.com​

If your flight is impacted, our team will notify you as soon as possible via the email and phone number provided at booking.
